The food chosen for the project was taco. The reason for choosing taco was that it was a food suitable for the service service concept project concept.

WHAT IS TACO?

Taco is a Mexican traditional street food. There are different kinds of tacos available. It was also affected by other cultures too.

It is consumed by hand. People generally prefer to eat after midnight. It is also known as a late night food. They generally eat

after drink. In it's production, tortilla, meat, cheese and various vegetables are used. 

 

 

WHAT KINDS OF PRODUCTS ARE USED FOR PRODUCTION OF TACO?

Grill is the most important one because nearly all the things are cooked on it. Also gastronoms are used for it. Because in production process, there are different kinds of sauces. Gastronoms are essential for storage of sauces.
